1. How to buy items from Giuno?
We are a jewelry wholesaler. That's why only business resellers are allowed to register or purchase from us. You can find the route at the top right of our website, next to the shopping cart. After registering, please send us your business registration to activate your account by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by WhatsApp to +49(0)162 587 3367. As soon as you receive a confirmation email that your account has been activated, you can see the prices in our online shop and start ordering.

2. Why can't I see prices after registering?
To see prices, you must first register in our shop. However, it may take time to activate your account due to high demand. We ask you for a little patience. Please contact us if you do not receive an email confirming your account activation within 2 business days of submitting your trade certificate. After you receive the activation email for your account, you must first log out and log in to your account again so that your account can be configured with activation. If you cannot see prices after logging in, please try clearing your browser's cookies. If it still doesn't work, you can contact us by email at email@example.com or by WhatsApp at +49(0)162 587 3367.
3. How is the ordering process?
The minimum order value in our online shop is: €50.00 net.
You can add products to your shopping cart without obligation by clicking on the button. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time without obligation by clicking on the “Go to shopping cart / checkout” link. You can remove the products from the shopping cart at any time by clicking the button or by entering quantity 0 in the quantity field of the shopping cart item. If you want to purchase the products in the shopping cart, click the “Checkout” button.
After selecting the payment method, you will be taken to the order page where you can check your entries again. By clicking the “Buy” button you complete the ordering process. The process can be canceled at any time by closing the browser window. On the individual pages you will find further information, for example about correction options.
You can always inquire about items that are not available online by email or WhatsApp or add them to your online order.
If you pay directly when you complete your order, we will send your order directly after processing. Or wait for our order confirmation for your payment. After receipt of payment, we will deliver your ordered goods to you.
4. How can I redeem the voucher?
If you receive a voucher code from Giuno, you can redeem it in your order. To enter it, you can view your shopping cart or click “View Cart”. After clicking the check mark, the voucher will be redeemed. The deducted amount will be displayed in your shopping cart at the same time.
5. What payment options do I have?
Giuno currently offers Paypal, bank transfer, advance payment. If you have selected the payment method as advance payment, we will send you an order confirmation by email. After sending this email, your order will be reserved for you for 7 days.
6. What are Giuno's shipping conditions?
We are currently working
with UPS. A package can be a maximum of 25kg. The shipping costs
depend on the shipping country. Within Germany we deliver free of charge
for orders over €200 net. You can find the shipping costs here

If you do not receive a package within 5 working days after your payment, please contact us immediately.
8. What are the return conditions?
If you receive our goods damaged or with product defects, we will be happy to give you a replacement of the defective items or a voucher for your next order. Please make sure to notify us of the complaint within 7 days of receiving your goods (you can use the return form) and to send us the pictures showing the product defect before sending the goods back to us .
9. What should I do if Giuno does not deliver my order in full?
If your order is not delivered in full, here are two options:
1) Your order will be sent in partial deliveries.
2) Unfortunately the item is/are not available. The invoice will be created accordingly. The difference will be refunded later using the same payment method as your purchase. Due to the high volume of orders, it may take 1-2 weeks. Please write to us if you do not receive your difference for more than 2 weeks.
